Returns and Exchanges
The Lemon Machine stands behind its products and sells only the highest-grade t-shirts, with durable, state-of-the-art print quality. If you receive an item with a defect, a replacement will be issued. So far, though (fingers crossed), we have not yet experienced a single instance of customer dissatisfaction or defect. 

Unfortunately, we are still a small operation, and cannot absorb the losses when customers return products because they've changed their minds or want to try a different size. We urge you, on every product page, to use the provided Size Chart to ensure a proper fit. After all—it's a t-shirt, not rocket surgery—this is basic stuff. We all wear them; we all know what sizes we need. 

Our Unisex tees do run toward the 'fashion/boutique' fit, though. Which means they're on the slim side. If you prefer a looser fit, order a size up. Basic stuff.

Shipping
Within the US, we primarily use USPS, but on occasion, to get your items to you quicker, we may automatically use various other shipping methods. All are trackable, and your trace information is provided to you upon shipping. 

International clients receive their items through various means—sometimes DHL, and sometimes local postal services. Again, all trackable.

Any items lost in transit will be replaced. 

Our typical order processing time is from one to four business days, and notification of the shipment with its tracking number is sent to each customer immediately at the time the parcel goes out.

Design
All of our graphics are designed by us—'in house' or by members of our international team of designers—explicitly and exclusively for us. Custom work. The majority of the artwork is either from self-generated concepts or public domain meme-space ideas. Some, though, is work of parody, inspired by pop culture properties. We make every effort to respect Intellectual Property and believe that any reference we might make to established IP is within fair rights as our original work or legal parody. If you are an owner of IP and believe there has been an infringement, please contact us to resolve the matter.
